Shopping
1. Find the items that you wish to buy
You can find products by browsing through the categories such as Beverages, Cooking lngredients, Baby Supplies, etc, or by entering a word in the search box on the top right hand side of each page.
You can also search for a product by entering in the search box a product code from our catalogue.
2. Add items to your basket
Your shopping cart is where you store all the items you'd like to buy. Choose your required quantity and add the item to your basket by clicking the "Add to Cart" button next to the product description.
On the right hand side of each page you can always see how many items are in your cart and the total cost of these items.

We deliver all products from our catalogue including fresh, frozen and refrigerated products to the following districts in Shanghai where we can guarantee same day deliveries: Huangpu, Jing’an, Xuhui, Luwan and Changning.
For other districts in Shanghai we deliver all products from our catalogue except for fresh, refrigerated or frozen products, as we can only guarantee next day deliveries.
For deliveries to Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces we deliver al products in our catalogue except for fresh, refrigerated and frozen products.

3. Checkout
When you've added all the items you want to your cart, click the "Checkout" button. This will take you to an order checkout page where you need to enter your delivery and payment details.
4. Register or Buy Now
If you are a new customer, you can register by entering your email address, contact details, etc., so that every time you order with us this information is displayed automatically. This will also allow you to build and save your favorites list. If you are a returning customer, simply log in with your email address and password. If you wish to purchase items without registering, you can click the "Checkout as Guest" button to skip the registration process.
5. Invoicing & Delivery Instructions
You need to enter the address where you want your invoice sent and your order to be delivered, including a valid phone number and an email address where our team can contact you to confirm the order. If the invoice and delivery addresses are the same you can avoid retyping your address twice by selecting "Use Invoicing Address" option under delivery address.

6. Payment Details
We accept payment by cash or by online payment for the districts in Shanghai where we can guarantee same day deliveries: Huangpu, Jing’an, Xuhui, Luwan Changning.
For other districts in Shanghai and deliveries in Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces we only accept online payments.

Please note that for online order it is not possible to use any discount cards as we already offer free delivery.

7. Delivery Date and Time
For deliveries in the following Shanghai districts: Huangpu, Jing’an, Xuhui, Luwan, Changning, you can choose the date and time when you wish your order to be delivered, which can be made the same day within a 3 hour time frame from the time you place your order. For same day deliveries, we need to receive your order before 6pm. We deliver every day of the week from 9:00am - 9:00pm.
For deliveries in other Shanghai districts, we guarantee next day delivery everyday of the week. For next day delivery, we need to receive your order before 3pm.
For deliveries in Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces, we guarantee delivery within 1-3 days.

8. Confirming Your Order
After you’ve inputted all the necessary information for your delivery, please check your order summary in the "Order Review" section and if necessary make modifications by clicking on the "Edit Your Cart". Once you’re satisfied with the items you’ve picked, click the "Place Order" button to confirm your order, upon which an instant acknowledgment page will be returned with your order number and details. You will also receive a copy by email for your record. For online payments, you will temporarily be redirected to the provider’s payment page before receiving your order number and details.
Alternatives to ordering online for same day deliveries ONLY (Huangpu, Jing’an, Xuhui, Luwan, Changning)
We prefer that our customers use our quick and easy online ordering system. However, if you would like an alternative method to ordering online we offer the following:

Return and Exchange Guidelines
1. Before you sign the delivery receipt, please check the correctness, quantity and quality of your ordered items inside the box. In case of any wrong or damaged item(s), you can refuse the item(s). We are not responsible for returning or exchanging any items once you have signed the delivery receipt. If the ordered quantity is wrong or items are missing, please call immediately our service hotline 400 820 87 86 in the presence of the Delivery Company.
Please note: There may occur slight differences between the product pictures on our website and the actual items. The pictures are for reference only.
2. If your order is delivered when you are not at home, the delivery service will leave a notice letter. Please refer to the phone number on that notice letter for redelivery of the order.
