Description: Fruit was sourced from the company's own vineyards and selected contract growers in premium vineyard districts in South Eastern Australia. This multi-regional approach allows winemakers to choose the best possible parcels of grapes depending on vintage conditions.
Winemaking:
The fruit was crushed and destemmed prior to fermentation. Post ferment the wine was then gently pressed before a brief contact with oak giving a subtle influence on the finished wine without dominating the varietal fruit characters.

Roast lamb or your favourite pasta dish.
